400Hz Weighing System
Operating Principle
Wheel Loader Weigher is a dynamic weighing and auto-totalizing
equipment installed on wheel loader.
When the lift-arm of wheel loader lifted to a certain height, the
position sensor will trigger the weighing process, and the weighing
indicator will collect the oil pressure signal from lower and upper
oil chambers of arm-lifting oil cylinder. After signal processing
and compensating, Single-bucket-loading -weight will be got and
totalized to Totalized Loading Weight automatically. The operator
can judge if the present Single-bucket-loading-weight is valid
according to the alarm messages, and confirm the last bucket’s
loading weight according to the negative deviation value.

NEW Shovel Loader Weighing Controller BST106-N59[B] is with metal
oil pressure sensor pipe and metal position sensor pipe. It can be
extend its service life effectively. There are some point need to
be paid attention to when making order:
1. If you need longer pipe, pls tell us exact length when making
order;
2. If the three-way joint of your loader is special, please tell us
the model number the loader you want o install or please send us
the detail information of theree-way jointyou need;
3. Standard configuration is with built-in printer, if you want to
connect a printer externally, that is ok, just tell us when making
order please.

1. What detailed information do I need to provide if I want to
place an order?
We need to know the following information: the model number of the
loader you want to install, the shape and size of cylinder joint of
your loader, the weight of single bucket, accuracy etc.

If the products from SUPMETER are proved to be unable to work
normally due to unartificial reasons, and the problems can't be
solved by customers under the technical support from SUPMETER, then
customers can send the problematic items back to SUPMETER. SUPMETER
is RESPONSIBLE to MEND (or REPLACE when necessary) them FREE OF
CHARGE.
(Note: if after checking, the returned goods are proved to be in
good condition, the trouble is resulted to be caused by improper
operation by customers, SUPMETER is IRRESPONSIBLE to bear the
shipping & other charges related to the returning.)
